first appointment
A first bridal appointment is scheduled for 70 minutes. In your appointment, you will have the opportunity to view the gallery with your guests & Bridal Stylist, hand-pick 6-7 gowns and discover the magic of our exceptional designers.
This appointment is suitable for any bride who has not yet visited the boutique and would like to view our ‘made to order’ collection.
Immerse yourself in our renowned designers and talented Bridal Stylists who can guide you through your bridal journey to saying YES to the dress!
return appointment
This appointment style is scheduled for 60 minutes and is for our brides who have visited The Veil Collective previously.
You will have the opportunity to re-try your favourite gown/s, perhaps explore other styles and say YES to the dress!
If you have a specific gown you are returning for, please let us know in your appointment notes so we can ensure it is available to try.
bespoke gown experience
Our bespoke gown experience brings all of the most beautiful elements of bridal into one appointment - artistic vision, knowledge and technical prowess to bring your vision to life!
If you are struggling to find ‘the one’ or feel you love elements of different dresses, the bespoke gown experience is for you.
We have partnered with our designers to be able to unveil your vision and create a custom gown from the ground up.
This appointment is scheduled to run for 2 hours. We strongly recommend bringing inspiration for us to be able to piece together your vision and make recommendations to suit.
Please note, our bespoke gown experience requires a minimum of 9-10 months and is not eligible for a rush order.
collection appointment
This appointment is scheduled for approximately 30-45 minutes. If you have received notification that your gown has arrived and is ready to be collected, this is the appointment for you!
You will have the opportunity to put your beautiful gown on a long with any accessories you may have on order.
Your gown will go home with you and the countdown can officially begin!
Please note collection appointments take place between Wednesday to Friday.

Book in for an accessory appointment to try each item. The appointment is scheduled for for 30 minutes.
You are more than welcome to bring your gown with you if purchased elsewhere!
