Real Bride Chloe wears Zoe by Esty Style

Chloe arrived at The Veil Collective after an exhaustive search, having tried on 32 dresses across three separate days at four other boutiques. By the time she stepped through our doors, she was beginning to doubt whether her dream dress even existed. Undoubtedly weary and experiencing major decision fatigue, Chloe was ready to take a final, careful look but found herself instantly at ease in our calm, welcoming environment, accompanied by her four bridesmaids.

From the very beginning, Chloe’s vision for her wedding day was as vibrant and joyful as her personality. She and Matt had shared a decade together, meeting at 17 and planning to marrying three weeks after their ten-year anniversary. Their dream was a country-style celebration in the hinterland, full of colour, life and their favourite people. Chloe’s fashion sensibility, bold, playful and full of character, naturally extended to her bridal look. She knew understated, minimalist gowns would not reflect her spirit; she wanted drama, texture and personality woven into every detail.

Zoe by Esty Style was already on Chloe’s must-try list for her first bridal appointment with us and it quickly became her favourite of the day. The lightweight fabric, playful energy of the puff sleeves and her stylist’s expert suggestion to transform the gown into a three-piece ensemble instantly captured her imagination. Over the following month, Chloe weighed her decision carefully, her mind cluttered with silhouettes, fabrics and a camera roll bursting with photos, before returning with her mum, who had flown in from overseas to share the special moment. At that return appointment, Chloe said yes. Zoe felt dramatic, romantic and refined all at once. She knew she loved it too much to ever take it off before the night was over, making it the perfect gown from start to finish.

On September 13th 2025, her wedding day, Chloe radiated confidence and joy in her Zoe ensemble. Every element of her look came together seamlessly, from the statement sleeves to the flowing skirt and the playful mini transition. Guests could not stop admiring the details, with the sleeves drawing particular attention and the mini transformation earning enthusiastic applause. Zoe moved beautifully with Chloe, allowing her to dance, mingle and celebrate effortlessly while looking stunning in every moment.

The celebration itself reflected Chloe and Matt’s larger-than-life personalities. They invited guests to embrace a “spring formal” dress code, complete with a mood board to inspire colourful, playful ensembles that mirrored the vibrant spring florals and joyful atmosphere. Every detail, from the flowers to the fun energy of the day, highlighted the couple’s love for colour, connection and celebration.

For brides still searching for their dream dress, Chloe’s journey offers a clear message: stay true to your own style. Trends may dictate simplicity and minimalism, but choosing a gown that reflects your personality ensures every moment of your wedding day feels authentic.

The journey to finding the perfect gown was full of exploration and discovery for Chloe. Trying on nearly 40 dresses across multiple appointments, whilst sounding utterly overwhelming, allowed Chloe to refine her vision and understand exactly what felt right for her. At The Veil Collective, we were able to guide her toward a gown that was not only breathtaking but also a true reflection of her vibrant personality and bold, joyful style. The result was a wedding day that felt utterly personal and effortlessly elevated, with Chloe and Matt celebrating in a kaleidoscope of colour and life, surrounded by the people, moments and memories that mattered most to them.
